The primary purpose of the app is to send money to another country but we have to go through steps to find out what the exhange rate is. Having a top level page that shows the current exchange rate possibly even history would be excellent. Going another step ahead, I would also like to receive a notification when the expected rate is reached. Without that the app is just useless to people who don't send money often. Uninstaling now. We regularly make improvements to the app with each release.

It delete my accounts in the backend and there was no way for me to try to use them so there is nothing they can do and that the only option was for me to use another account. Normally people just have one checking account.
He pretty much told me that I have to go do business with someone else. Needless to say I created an account with Remitfy and worked perfectly as advertised. Now I need to figure out how to get Xoom to delete my accounts from their systems. This company is profoundly dysfunctional. Transactional security is high touch - which can be a positive - but because customer service and verification is totally non responsive, completing transactions is impossible. I did so. I was asked a host of redundant and inane questions.
After 20 minutes I was told that everything was verified and that the transaction would go through. This is obviously problematic when you are sending or receiving money internationally and have exposure to changes in exchange rate. My wife ultimately completed the transaction without incident on TransferWise.
